AMENDMENT OF THE NATIONAL POLLUTION PREVENTION PLANS REGULATIONS, 2017

MacRobert wishes to draw your attention to the following important notice published on
22 May 2018

The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 55(3)(b) of NEMA:QA, amended the National Pollution Prevention Plans Regulations, 2017.
 
The submission date of a first pollution prevention plan to the Minister as stipulated in regulation 4 of the Regulations has been extended and is now due on or before 21 June 2018.
